The underlying assumption is that men in general are interested in social justice, capable of enacting it, and that they need language and a connection to the process.

What Are You Afraid Of?

What are men most afraid of? Snakes? Planes? Snakes on a Plane?

Actually, according to "College Men and Masculinities" by Shaun Harper and Frank Harris III, man’s greatest fear is being laughed at. The authors of this book delve into this issue and more.

"College Men and Masculinities" covers six crucial areas that men struggle with during college, from health and wellness to identity development and gender socialization. This book is a great reference for supporting college men because it gives student affairs professionals theory, research and implications for practice.
